Delivery Time:

- Mainland Portugal: 1-2 business days

- Madeira and Azores: 2-5 business days

- Peninsular Spain: 1-2 business days

- Spain (Islands): 4-8 business days

- Italy: 2-5 business days

- Netherlands: 2-5 business days

- Germany: 2-5 business days

- France: 3-8 business days

- Greece: 3-8 business days

All orders are shipped via CTT with registered mail.

All orders placed and paid by 4:30 pm on business days are prepared and shipped on the same day.

Orders placed or paid after 4:30 pm will be shipped on the next business day.

If you need some extra help choosing the right size, contact us on Instagram, Facebook or email (geral@aloeclothing.com).

If you find that the ordered item is not the right size for you or is not to your liking, you have 14 days after delivery to make an exchange.

All types of items are accepted for exchanges, including swimwear. We do not accept returns/refunds of swimwear or evening clothing, only exchanges.

The products must be in the same conditions in which they were delivered, with the original tags and no signs of use/damage. Shipping costs involved in exchanges are borne by the customer.

To make an exchange, please send an email to geral@aloeclothing.com and you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

We ship to all Portugal (Mainland and Madeira/Azores) and other European countries such as Spain, Italy, Greece, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, etc.

Shipping costs to Mainland Portugal and Islands (Madeira and Azores) are 3.90€ for all purchases below 40€.

For purchases over 40€, shipping is free.

For other European countries, shipping costs are 6.90€.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the package's tracking number and a direct link to track delivery.

If you created a customer account on our website, you can also access the tracking number from your customer account page.

- PayPal

- ApplePay

- Klarna (3x interest-free)

For orders placed via Instagram, only payments by MBWay and Multibanco Reference are accepted.

We do not have a physical store, we currently work exclusively as an online store.
