Exchanges and Returns

If you find that the ordered item is not the correct size or is not to your liking, you can exchange/return it at 14-day period after the delivery of the order.

The products must be in the same condition as they were sent, with the original labels and unused. The shipping costs involved in exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

To make an exchange or return, send an email to geral@aloeclothing.com indicating the order number and you will receive instructions on how to proceed. 

​For the deadline to be met, communication regarding the exchange/return must be made before the corresponding deadline (14 days) ends.

In the case of a return, after receiving and analyzing the items, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 15 days.
