Exchanges and Returns

If you find that the ordered item is not the correct size or not to your liking, you can exchange it within 14 days after receiving the order.

We do not accept returns for swimwear and ceremonial items, only exchanges for another size or any other item of your choice or refund in voucher with no expiration date for use.

The products must be in the same conditions as they were sent, unused and with the original tags.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

To make an exchange, place a request via email to geral@aloeclothing.com indicating the order number and you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

​To meet the deadline, the communication regarding the exchange must be made before the corresponding deadline (14 days) ends.

In case of a return, after receiving and analyzing the items, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 15 days.
