- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
Sizes may vary slightly depending on the type of item and the material of the piece. We have models with adjustable straps and ties.
If after these guidelines you are still unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
