The present conditions aim to define the general terms of sale established between Aloe Clothing and the user, from the act of ordering in the online store www.aloeclothing.com to the various services provided by Aloe Clothing.

Access to and use of this site as well as the products and services available are subject to various conditions.
By using this site, you agree to the site's terms of use, which may be updated occasionally.

ORDERS

The User can place their order online at www.aloeclothing.com
During the purchase process, you will be asked for the billing and delivery addresses. It is important that the information is filled out completely and correctly to ensure successful delivery.

When making an online purchase, the User expresses their full and complete acceptance of the general sales conditions, the prices, and the description of the products included in this transaction. These general sales conditions will be the only ones applicable between the two parties. In the event of product unavailability, Aloe Clothing commits to informing the User and refunding the amount paid within approximately 15 (fifteen) days from the date of knowledge of that unavailability.

After placing your order, make sure you receive a confirmation email in the inbox of the email you used to place the order. During the process, you will receive other notifications via email.

Orders are processed after the respective payment has been made and confirmed. It may be necessary to send proof of payment.  

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by CTT. You can choose registered mail or regular mail. If you choose regular mail, we cannot be held responsible for any loss.

The delivery time for orders is 1-2 business days for mainland Portugal and 2-5 business days for Madeira and the Azores.

Deliveries of orders may, in specific cases, experience some delays in delivery due to the delivery region, transportation conditions, or other issues beyond Aloe Clothing's control.

If the customer makes a mistake with the address, does not pick up the order within the stipulated time, or wishes to exchange any product, the shipping costs for resending are entirely the buyer's responsibility. You should pick up the order within the stipulated time frame. If this does not happen, your order will be returned to Aloe Clothing and we will subsequently contact you. We do not refund the order amount. We will resend the order to an address you provide. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the costs of resending will be borne by the customer.

PAYMENT

 You can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Multibanco Reference

  • MBWay

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • PayPal

You can pay for your purchases through the Multibanco ATM Network or online with your bank's Homebanking service. The payment details are provided on the order completion page and via email.

PRICING POLICY

Prices should be understood in euros, with taxes and fees included. All prices presented include VAT (where applicable) at the current legal rate. Aloe Clothing reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. 

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs will be added to the total order cost as soon as you complete the shipping information.

Occasionally, there may be free shipping campaigns, properly marked on the website.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you find that the ordered item is not the correct size or is not to your liking, you can exchange/return it at 14-day deadline after the delivery of the order.

The products must be in the same condition as they were sent, with the original tags and unused.

The shipping costs involved in exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

To make an exchange or return, you should send an email to geral@aloeclothing.com indicating the order number and you will receive instructions on how to proceed. 

In the case of a return, after receiving and analyzing the items, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 15 days.

In order for the deadline to be met, communication regarding the exchange/return must be made before the corresponding deadline (14 days) ends. If the item arrives after the deadline, it will be returned to the customer after the payment of the shipping costs for resending.

NEWSLETTER

It is designated as Newsletter, the emailings, promotional offers, institutional newsletters, and information about the company sent directly to the User's email inbox. The User can manage their Newsletter subscription in their customer account on the Aloe Clothing online store.
The Aloe Clothing Newsletter is an exclusive feature of the Aloe Clothing brand's website.

Any data you provide to us will never be shared with third parties.

We use technologies to collect and store information when the user visits our site, which may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers. The intention is solely to make your visits to our site simpler.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

 The Portuguese law applies to these General Sales Conditions.
In the absence of resolution by agreement of the parties, any dispute arising from the aforementioned General Sales Conditions will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

INFORMATION

Aloe Clothing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error or omission in any part of the website without prior notice. Aloe Clothing may make any other changes to the site, the materials, and the products or services described on the Aloe Clothing website at any time without prior notice.

The price of Aloe Clothing products will always be stipulated on our website, except in the case of typographical errors.

In the case of a pricing error on any product, we will contact the customer, offering them the option to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it with a proper refund. If the customer wishes to receive a refund for their order, it will be processed using the same payment method as the order.
