Choosing the ideal size is essential for you to feel comfortable and confident in our pieces. Follow these guidelines to find the perfect fit.

How to Take Your Measurements:

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape comfortable but not tight.
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the navel.
• Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip.

Sizes may vary slightly depending on the type of item and material. We have styles more easily adjustable in the straps and ties. 

If after these guidelines you are still unsure between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger one.

The delivery time varies for each country:

- Mainland Portugal: 1-2 business days

- Madeira and Azores: 2-5 business days

- Peninsular Spain: 1-2 business days

- Spain (Islands): 4-8 business days

- Italy: 2-5 business days

- Netherlands: 2-5 business days

- Germany: 2-5 business days

- France: 3-8 business days

- Greece: 3-8 business days

- United States: 5-10 business days

We ship all orders on the same day or the next business day.
After preparing and shipping the order, an email will be sent with the tracking code which you can click to track the delivery.

If you find that the ordered item is not the correct size or is not to your liking, you can exchange/return it at 14-day period after the delivery of the order.

The products must be in the same condition as they were sent, with the original labels and unused. The shipping costs involved in exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

To make an exchange or return, send an email to geral@aloeclothing.com indicating the order number and you will receive instructions on how to proceed. 

​For the deadline to be met, communication regarding the exchange/return must be made before the corresponding deadline (14 days) ends.

In the case of a return, after receiving and analyzing the items, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 15 days.
